A host leads the audience through a two-part event that begins with a 60-minute Kick Off session. Competitors learn about a challenge and receive expert software training while learning best practices. The event concludes with a 75- to 90-minute Finale (depending on the prompt) where teams present their solutions to a jury of industry experts and peers for a chance to win prizes and bragging rights.
For the 60-minute Kick Off session, we may seek a short inspirational Keynote presenter to present about a topic related to the Jam Challenge. The presentation may cover what challenges face their company, how their team works together, how they find solutions, and perhaps some insight into the speakers background.

During the 75- to 90-minute Jam Finale session, the top-scoring teams will present their work to a panel of on-air judges for feedback. The panel is made up of two partner judges and one Adobe judge. Judges are expected to review the final submissions in advance, provide on-air feedback, and score the projects to award a winner.

A possible prize opportunity accommodates competitors to meet with a judge or judges in a coaching or mentorship session. The Creative Jam team encourages our partners to participate in post-event prizes to meet with the winning teams. This is a great opportunity to connect more deeply with emerging designers.
Provide a 45-minute virtual meeting, on everyone’s own time, within the week after the Finale
One judge/coach per team
The topic is open; professional discussion, career advice, portfolio review, or other similar topics are all recommended.
The minimum engagement is one meeting for the first prize. If there is a lot of interest, we can accommodate more coaches, up to the number of event finalists.
The Creative Jam team will make introductions between a coach and the team. Scheduling and event location are then up to the coach and team after the introduction.
